North Carolina Chapter?
We are a not for profit organization of eating disorders professionals and those interested in becoming eating eating disorders professionals, including therapists, dietitians, medical providers, treatment centers, students, body movement professionals, and nurses. Our chapter meets on a quarterly basis for continuing education, networking and collaboration.

Our Chapter’s mission
The iaedp™ North Carolina Chapter, as an affiliate of the iaedp™ Foundation, will provide eating disorder education programs, information, discussion forums, networking, regional and state clinical team building, and other services to enhance the experience of its members in accordance with the iaedp™ Foundation mission. It is through the furtherance of this common purpose that chapters will promote effective cooperation and collaboration among members, building a well-informed membership and providing for membership promotion and retention in the best interest of the Chapter and the iaedp™ Foundation.
iaedp™’s Mission Statement
To promote a high level of professionalism among practitioners who treat individuals with eating disorders by promoting ethical and professional standards, offering education and training in the field, certifying those who have met prescribed requirements, promoting professional awareness of eating disorders and assisting in prevention efforts.
