DIAMOND LEVEL- $2500 (only 4 available)
- Provide an educational speaker once during the calendar year, to be determined by the Board.
- 4 Complimentary tickets to the Annual Gala.
- 4 Complimentary tickets to be used at any paid educational workshop, if offered.
- Space to display marketing materials at all in-person chapter events, including quarterly meetings, socials, and educational workshops (excluding the annual gala, at which one piece of digital swag will be sent to attendees after the event).
- 5 minutes to share program updates and announcements at all chapter meetings and educational workshops.
- Corporate Logo/Name Recognition on marketing materials, chapter website, email signatures, and chapter meeting slide show (logo on NC IAEDP website with link to program, flyers, social media, and promotional material).
- Sharing of treatment center content on chapter social media once per quarter.
- Access for two people per program to the NC-IAEDP listserv.

PLATINUM LEVEL– $1500
- 3 Complimentary tickets to the Annual Gala.

- 2 Complimentary tickets to the Annual Gala.
- One $50 discount for any paid educational workshop, if offered.
- Space to display marketing materials at any educational workshops (excluding the annual gala, at which one piece of digital swag will be sent to attendees after the event).
- Logo presented in slide show at each Chapter Meeting, annual gala, chapter website, and email signatures.
SILVER LEVEL– $250 (Group practices with 5 or fewer clinicians)
- One complimentary ticket to the Annual Gala.
- One $25 dollar discount for any paid educational workshop, if offered.
- Logo presented in slide show at each Chapter Meeting, annual gala, chapter website, and email signatures.
GALA SPONSOR ADD-ON – $500
- Two extra complimentary tickets to the Annual Gala.
- Recognition as named sponsor of the first hour of the Annual Gala (happy hour, raffle, etc).
